I know, but i figured i was going to be washing it today..) And i noticed the brake rotors are like ORANGE with what i would think to be rust? but im not exactly sure, if someone could please help me or tell me what i can do

Thats just surface rust and will normally go away after the first couple stops. It happens on almost all vehicles with rotors.

Thats normal. Just from getting wet. Drive around the block and the rotors will be back to normal.
