Only one i have found so far is the bottom corners of the trunk lid look like extra paint was filed off. Super rough like it was dragged on the ground. Thankfully it isn't visible when the trunk is closed.

My front passenger side DRL caved into the front bumper randomly. Mounts were cracked.

But far better quality build than my ‘16 SS. First day I drove it home, dreaded rattle can exhaust rattle that the dealer NEVER could permanently stop. Drove me bonkers. My rear bumper wasn’t flush with the other body panels. Something was also rattling within the driver rear quarter panel. Like they dropped something inside during assembly. Dealer could never remedy. Replaced driver side weather strips three times and never could stop the wind noise or water entry. The leather at the driver seat back latch came up from under the moulding and would never stay put after dealer fix. That ‘16 2SS was poorly assembled.

My ZL1 is A+ so far.

Well while they have the windshield out, you might want to have them fix the defrost issue. They have to take the windshield out to get into the defrost to take some foam pieces out so the door in the blower box closes all the way. It is pretty bad that they are still having the same issues over a year later. Don't get me wrong I love my ZL1, but the last thing I want to do is have to bring my car to a dealership to work on it and hope that they don't screw up anything else. I've already had mine in for the swaybar issue and the clicking noise on the front driver side wheel. Not a friend of mine told me he heard it on the ther side. You would have thought that they would have just done all of them.

Defrost? In this car?? It would never even occur to me to even try that accessory. lol

Hope you guys get things squared away. I have found the attention to details on this car to be very solid in my first 7 months of ownership.

Well, today I finally pick up my car from the dealer after 2 weeks. They finally fixed everything. Saturday, I was supposed to go pick it up and the dealer called me and said they noticed that the reverse lighted didn't work. They also had to replace the body control module. LOL, I said are you fn kidding me. That explains why the passenger blind side light would stay on for about 10 miles One day and when I told them about the blind side light, they said they couldn't duplicate the problem. Well, that was the problem. I hope this is the end.

wow!! 2 weeks!!! They had the car for 2 weeks?? I assume they were waiting for a part..?? 2 weeks- inexcusable.

On my front bumper tip there is so little paint the black primer is showing thru. I am afraid to try the local dealers paint guys for the fix. It could be good or really bad. And the wiring harness to the temp sensor on my M6 tranny was not plugged in. It was juts left hanging next to the trans.

I am just now hearing the sound coming from the front. I also here a clunk sound coming from the rear when I'm coming out of the driveway. The car is in a twisted position until all 4 tires are on the street. Anyone have this?>

Headliner here too. I also was told they would break the windshield. UGH

My headliner is slightly short on the passenger side near the front. I have one dull oval in the clear coat on the passenger front fender. Maybe 2 small paint imperfections above the passenger door. Otherwise, a very solid car that is well built.
My '15 Silverado has many more minor quirks.
