The 4th Gen Camaro is much better looking than the GTO. But I'd say go GTO as long as it's an 05 or 06 since it has the LS2.

You could get a CTS-V The 2005's can be had for a good price! But I would say get the GTO, but get the later year ones with the better looking hood and exhaust pipes on either side oh and the extra 50hp!

Skip the catfish and get a GTO. I've spent alot of time in both. A WS-6 was my dream car for a while, then I sat in one. The inside is a sea of cheap plastic, like everything else they made back then. The seats on the F body don't compare. The GTO wasn't made in the U.S. and the fit and finish and interior detail on the GTO is something else. The GTO is easier to work on, pop the hood and there is room everywhere. The Fbody has the LS1 crammed in there.

Why not a 2002 Trans Am WS6-- I miss that car. It was sweet!

Just make sure you get one in great shape, and take care of it.. Fun stuff.

The GTO looks like an Integra. I was very disappointed in Pontiac. Get an '02 WS6 Trans-Am.

GTO its not hard to make it look bad---.(check sig)

The interior and ergonomics, plus the slimplicity of performance mods

plus the 05-06 GTO's are potential collector. An entity raised from the dead

I owned a bad--- 01 Ws6. The GTO is a do it all machine!

You need to do 3 exterior mods... NO ONE mistakened my GTO for the bad boy she is. before heads cam, and headers

F- bodies are a dime a dozen. No offense to anyone.

Funny how in 2004 I thought the Camaro still had it over the GTO in the looks department
Even if I new the GTO was better

But its 2010 and looking back at these two I would have to say its the GTO thats aging well

My own personal opinion

Funny thing about the GTO is no one really cared for it when it come out
But now or you here from people is how good it was, and thats mostly from Mustang fans
