^From what I've learned on the larger 2" primaries, you are correct. One day down the road..................maybe there WILL be a SC'er in my future. We'll see.

I hope to have video of the current set up on the 1/4 mile track AND on the next set up as well.

Yeah.

Look at it this way. Do you want everyone for a half mile around you knowing you have your SS floored with the throttle wide open?!?!

We are going to put on some quieter mufflers to see how they work. We might even go with the quietest chambered system since it is REALLY loud.

That "evil" is going to get me in trouble! Honestly, I think I'm going to keep the loud mufflers for the shows and all. It really is something else when you stand behind it and someone slams that throttle down!

Well, the front end was comped since they used my car as a test car for their system...dyno, fabrication, mounting hardware, etc.

I also got a deal on the back end...but, they DID give me an excellent price. I am happier than a kid in a candy store.

Hey Tag do the 2'' primaries fit good with no rubbing or rattle? My 97 LT1 had hooker headers on it and everytime i pulled out in first gear it sounded like they were bumping against something just wondering if you had any problems or clearance issues.

Not a single problem what-so-ever. They fit wonderfully. I have a TON of room under the hood...steering shaft is way clear of the headers...plenty of room from the ground (it's NOT like the 4th gens sitting way down low). It's been great. No rubbing. No rattling. No clearance issues. ...and have you looked under the hood of a 5th Gen yet? TONS of room!!!

You got it! I try to get out to Biffs every Friday night...even if it is at 10:15pm. What I'm going to try to do is take off a half a day here coming up on a Wednesday. I need to get it out to the track for some quick passes and video. I'm hoping we can get a whole BUNCH of members out to the track so we can get a BUNCH of videos for everyone to see. I mean...I want to see a bunch of 12 second passes. Maybe you could join us all out there. Maybe we can schedule something either this Wednesday or the 29th of July. I also need to look into the raceway and make sure it's all a go out there.
