Congrats on the house. Sorry for the loss, but in hindsight it's a wise move because you are being careful with your finances!

Bought our house 5 years ago and It's market value is down $25.000 ! Bought the Camaro a year ago and that's down $7000. Trade in value.. what's next ? $5.00 a gallon of gas ?

Wonderfully Awful Idea

They will continue to make more cars but they stopped making land a long time ago. Any land will eventually go up in value. Only truly rare cars do. Best of luck.

I sold my '80 Z-28 in 1981 after getting married and buying a house. That's why 30 years later my plates on the 2011 is WRTH-W8. I give a lot of hope for other guys my age that lost there's a generation ago.
Hope you don't have to wait 30 years. |

Understand completely. We all have to do what we have to do to. Hopefully you can get another Camaro sometime. In the meantime, just hang out with us. So not goodbye just , later dude.

I'm buying a home on a short sale so I think I'm getting a pretty good deal on the home - well, at least as good a deal as you can find down here. I'm going to be sticking around since my girlfriend also has a Camaro so I can just do mods to her car if I get the bug. lol |
