Looking to build a Twin Turbo Camaro
I have a 2010 camaro with full bolt-ons including a full pedders race suspension and i am now looking at forced induction and i decided on twin turbos. Now my question is what do i need to support around 1100 horsepower to the wheels on 93 octane? I need recommendations on a new engine to support that type of horsepower, what kind of internals, turbo size, etc.

6 bolt, sleeved or iron block.
Twin 67s should do it, or around there. Fuel system, drivetrain, etc.

My advice is to talk to a builder or shop that's been there before. Ted Jannetty is a reputable builder in the Northeast, maybe talk to him about it. Do you want a kit, or custom fab setup? Price is a big decider on that.

This built done right will cost you north of $40K. If you ready to spend and have enough to replace broken parts, then I say talk to reputable builder. With HP, you'll break things fast.
Good luck! |
