Some of us will have our Camaro's, and some of us will be driving our DD's because we have already put our cars in storage for the winter.
We'd love to see a yellow ZL1 Vert, but with the temps coming up and the stock Goodyears, we'd understand not driving it.
Come on over if you can.
I just got the "OK" from the wife so I'll plan on joining you guys on Friday. With the weather being cold (and those tires on the ZL1), I'll be bringing my DD. Look forward to meeting.

Also, I did officially "register" with the club but when I tried paying the $25 with PayPal, it kept erroring out. I can obviously just catch up with you on Friday to address that in person. Thanks....

Delivered!

Picked up the new ride last night, drove it home, and now it's stored for the winter (that wasn't much fun). With the very brief 30 mile trip home, the ZL1 is a much different car than the Shelby. The Shelby is much more "raw" (at least between a stock ZL1 and my KR modified GT500) and the ZL1 has an incredibly flexible suspension. As far as power can't tell much since the tires were way too cold. Overall very impressed so far and looking forward to meeting some fellow owners. Attached is a pic of both my new and old rides. Thanks to Les Stanford in Dearborn for a great dealer experience (my salesperson was Erik Hibbard and worked with Chris Warren during the delivery - Chris is a very knowledgeable guy re: GM Performance)

It was great to see you last night at the meeting!
Our monthly meetings will vary in location from month to month. One month it'll be on the East side, one month on the South side, etc, etc to give everyone a chance to have one closer to where they live.

Just keep checking the events page from time to time to see where the next meeting will be, etc.

I worked with Les Stanford out of Monroe. I think they had that car sitting next to mine when I purchased mine about a month ago.
