Yes you did, I stated it in another thread. The socialistic policies that are going on with GM dont sit well with me at all the fact that 50% will be owned by the govt and 39% by the union goes against everything I believe in. So just as Ford stood up to FDR and his new deal in 54 now there doing it the American way again. Until GM kicks the socialist crap out the door i will not buy from them. People can rag on me and do whatever they like, but this is how I feel. I would have rather they went bankrupt fixed themselves and came back stronger. To me and my family who now own 5 GM vehicles we are all disgusted. So I will now get a 2011 Mustang GT with the 5.0 and 6spd manual or maybe break the freakin bank and get a GT500
54, as in 1954?
i am fairly sure FDR had a stroke near the end of WWII...1945.
his new deal was in the 30's.
what did you mean?

Yup. It's not a thin, brittle plasticy feel. And not marshmallow soft either. I think it's perfect for the places that are hard really.

I'm giving Ark some latitude here. He is being objective and we're all frustrated over the whole thing. Getting harder and harder to stay sane for me. lol

I like the Camaro interior a lot more than the Vette's interior..I can proudly say that. My wife had a Lexus LS400 which had an amazingly nice interior. Now, the car did cost over $60,000 brand new MSRP however we got it used at $7,000 three years ago. It was a great car for about a year then it became a money pit trying to fix all the problems that came with it. That was when I reaffirmed I would never buy a non-American car every again.

No, it is all personal taste. Some people like cosmetic mods and others like performance mods. No one is better than another. If you spent 99 dollars on a nice shifter boot for an example the smell and feel makes your car start to "feel" more expensive to me.

That's exactly how I felt when I saw them. I was actually surprised that it got such a bad rap.

I actually do think though the armrest should be a little softer however since I am not getting an automatic, my arm won't be resting there when I'm driving so it doesn't bother me.. With an automatic I drive Gangsta style with one arm on the wheel and my left arm out the window..lol..

Truthfuly, I can't remember the armrest. I usually rest in on the top of the door.

i think nissan went to the arcade,
saw the
"2fast2furious" game, and said
"HONEY COME LOOK! THIS IS IT!
all we have to do is shrink the screen and add buttons on the steering wheel!"

What came first, the 350z or the video game. Instead of the chicken or the egg.

I was hoping for something still retro, but a little bit more like the G8's interior, or really even a slightly less... 90s boombox look to the center stack. I can't say I hate the interior, or that it would sway me away from the car, but it's certainly not on my list of "pros" about the car.
