ahh i see! now i know ive read somewhere that Eric was helping you guys out.. now i also saw pictures of the bottom of the hood and it looked like you guys were doing something with air going into the CAI.. what happened that?

Ended up not being physically possible. I know, we were disappointed as well.

Oh man! RB Designs just sent me some pictures of his 2013 drop top with this hood! I guess I cant show them until Rick does in his build thread, Darn!

was there any consideration to making a provision to plug the vents? (something like the GTOs have) they have a rubber plug that can be easily installed/removed so the hood can be used on a daily driver too

Got the new hood on my car ! I gotta tell you the quality of this hood is AMAZING. The fit, well we didn't have to "fit" it. It just went on, and done. I'll post more pics tomorrow of the detail, friggin cold outside, and I'll take pics in better light. This is NOT painted right now either - it'll get painted next week. I honestly couldn't be happier - it just looks so mean.

If you have any doubts about it, you shouldn't.
