Why so much hating on the 5th Gen??
Why is everyone hating so much on 5th Gen Camaro?? Plp are saying its ugly inside and out, heavy and slow.
Heavy I get it(put 18'' wheels, tiny brakes and SRA and you're on par with the Mustang), but its still a great car overall IMO, and a great choice for the money. It will outperform most cars for the same price, and its very close in acceleration to a mustang GT stock, like very very close, whatever Ford fanboys will say. And the GT gets his ass handed by this 'pig' on roadcourse with the 1LE or ZL1 package vs the Boss/ZL1. I'll even say that most GM sites are polluted with Ford fanboys that will bring out those same silly argument as hp/liter, look, mod for mod, and always bringing those same old ass video of national record ETs hero run. Personally, I can say that Mustang are great looking and almost the perfect drag machine, but it does not look as good as a Camaro. But i will never say mustang are ugly, far from it!! Point is I'm not hating on any car, I just dont get why so many plp are hating on 5th Gen while its selling very well!! What you think?

Haters gonna hate. Its no biggie. I always tell them to bring the hate to a track and we can talk about it there.

I'm with you on this... I hear the complete opposite, people love the 5th Gen!!
I have even heard it from Mustang and Challenger owners. They may be a little on the heavy side, but oh well

Most people admit that the camaro 5th gen is a hell of a machine. Even true mustang people appreciate it, as it has made Ford raise the bar.

If you go on Autoblog, any discussion about the Camaro there will be at least one hater saying what a heavy pig the Camaro is. Some people just don't get it. The Camaro, Mustang , and Challengers are all pretty cool cars. There are not that many lightweight cars anymore with all the safety requirements. I used to drive a 2010 Challenger, I now have a 2010 Camaro, I enjoyed the Challenger but I think overall I like the Camaro better. Except for the Shelby GT500 I don't really like the Mustang as well as either the Challenger or Camaro.
