Davenport Motorsports, the building of a Supercar series Camaro!

Follow along and view a photo diary of the build of our 1st "Supercar" series Camaro.

This particular car will be getting a stroker, forged LS3 to 427 ci. TVS 2300 Supercharger, upgraded camshaft, cylinder heads, long tube headers, high flow cats, Pfadt suspension, Baer Brakes, HRE wheels, Nitto Tires and a host of body and interior upgrades.

We started with a brand new 45th Aniv, 6 spd manual vert.

Baseline dyno'd it, and then....

We tore it apart!

Fuel tank with new Lingenfelter twin fuel pumps installed.

Rear subframe out ready to get fortified with Pfadt.

As will all high horsepower Camaro's that we build, Pfadt Aluminum subframe bushings are being installed.

As well as Pfadts differential mounts.

DSS 1400 hp axle, compared to stock.

More Pfadt goodness.

More pic's to come as the build continues.

This car is going back to the dealership, to be sold, when we're done. Whoever the lucky new owner is will get to choose whether they want all the stock parts with the car.

We're going to include a warranty on the engine and all the parts that we install.

Thanks! We're using a 4.1" stroke and a 4.070 bore, so no need to sleeve it.

Great build Davenport! I hope the future owner can appreciate the effort and part selection that went into this car. It's going to be a riot to drive when it's finished!

Those HRE's look awesome!

Thanks! Here's a little more love for you guys.

Not the greatest shot in the world of your sway bar, but it was the best i could do from underneath the car.

He had HRE request the color code from Baer, so the pinstripe would match the calipers. Turned out really good!

More photo's coming, stay tuned!
