Thats what I am thinking, It cycles every time you get in the car, Can I get to the connector from drives floor without removing anything? Its right on the side of the box correct?

If I ever need one, I am going with a metal blend door replacement:
https://www.blenddoorusa.com/product...maro-temp-door Until then, I just keep the actuator unplugged, with the dial in the #2 position. I still get AC, no heat, but I don't care. |

SO When you unplug it should the Key be on? Car Running? Just wondering since it does cycle before you start the car, So to make sure it is in the position you want .

Key in on position or car running=both work.

Does it cycle from full to full position regardless of where temp dial is set or to the position of the temp dial?

I’m curious about this as well. So key on and unplug but I’m unfamiliar to where the connection is.

The system automatically re-calibrates every time the car is turned on, hence the cycling that was talked about earlier. |

So, here I am. Same ****ing thing wrong with mine now. I'm not reading thru another one of these threads. Anyone care to say what a dealer-installed blend door is up to now? I see everything from $2500-3300. Thanks.
