ZL1Addons Tow Hook Instructions??

I picked up my 2015 1LE over the weekend and the first mod I planned is to install a ZL1Addons Tow Hook with license plate holder as Maryland is a two plate state. I received the parts today but with no instructions for installing the tow hook and receiver. Does anyone out there have them that can send them to me?

You have to replace the front crash bar with one that has the receiver welded in, or drill and bolt/weld the receiver in yourself.

The white circle piece. Open the cover place the circle in there and mark the holes. Each hole is marked with the size the drill. Mark and drill, then slide the adapter in from behind through the wheel well. Use the small screw to secure the adapter in and then mount the tow hook. Feel free to send me a PM and I can send you some pictures if you need help

I got one from them that was junk...even with instructions I had to modify everything, even the welds were questionable. There is another thread with a euro camaro crash bar that is OEM with a threaded bung, I would go that route if I were you.

I didn't have this experience. While the instructions were handwritten/drawn, and kinda cheesy, I had no issues with fitment or the quality of the parts. OP, if you're looking for instructions for the installation of the rear tow hook, I think those are different from what was described, which is the correct instructions for the front tow hook install. It's an easy job, and once you figure out how the parts work, takes about an hour.

Thanks to Superman09 and John from ZL1Addons I got the tow hook installed today in about 30 minutes.
Drilled the holes per the template, cut the steering wheel hard right and removed the three allens on the outside of the fender well, that gave me just enough room for a flashlight and my arm to get the receiver in to place. Bolted it in and was good to go.

Can you purchase the red "anodized aluminum" tow hook, instead of the painted steel version ?

Basically the same way only I think you have to drill a hole in your bumper where you want it to go. I think you may also have to take the bumper off but I'm not sure.

I was able to do mine by removing passenger wheel and liner, I did not take off the bumper cover.
