I could be wrong but I see no reason why it wouldn't fit like any other intake for the 5th gen and if you look at their site it states this one makes more then the older one that required a tune,I think it was by 5 or 10 hp. SO I could only assume by advertised numbers this one makes the most. That would also lead me to believe that this one probably needs to be tuned also.

The silver screws didn't fit in the washer bottle but the black did. It's all the same really after tightened down. I say tip #5 was correct ha. Maybe you should put that in the directions vararam lol

Cosmetically there is much that can be done to improve the look of this intake. I have their Air grabber on my RAM and with a little creativity and some patience you can make it look really good.
If I get their kit for the Camaro I plan on dressing it up before I install it. I don't mind projects like that because it adds some uniqueness to the car

My comments toward the directions where pure rage. I will say I love the intake so far though. Manifold would be nice I will say.

So I installed mine today and only notes I'd make is the plastic panel I pretty much just ripped out you can not get to them tabs. It must come out tho because that's where it gets air. Another side note I put the nipple at roughly a 7 to 8 o'clock position for the vacuum sorce. And that is the only part of this intake I hate! Should be in the intake pipe it's self. I hit the dyno tomorrow wish me luck.

So after 2 weeks with this intake I will say i'm really impressed. The car sounds great and it really pulls hard now. I can light up the tires with ease on my 2ss. I just installed a Vararam power wedge to cap it all off. I'm loving this CAI

well I cant say how much it made over my CAI but it made impressive numbers the tuner was even surprised. If my money is right I may take a drive down to Orlando Friday and see what she got with this new found power.
