C5F III: Visit our Vendors... Chance to win a $500 cash prize!
We are delighted to have over 45 displaying vendors at the Fest this year. This is at least 50% more displays than ever before!! What does that mean? Well - it's GREAT news for you, it means there will be more product on display, more demonstrations, more installations, and all around MORE!! So...Camaro5 in strongly encouraging all our attendees to pay our sponsors a visit. Since we're so serious about this...we're going to put our money where our mouth is...literally! First of all, there will be an hour and fifteen minute break in the middle of both Friday AND Saturday at Noon until 1:15p. At this time, all racing will stop for a break. You can get some lunch at the concessions...and take walk through the Vendor's Alley - where all of the booths will be ready to greet you! Secondly (and this is the best part, I think...), Camaro5 is offering a $500.00 prize to one of our attendees. How?, you might ask....simple: Every car entering the Fest will get a bag with some things in it like a program w/schedule, name cards, lanyards, etc...The bag is intended to be used to carry swag and freebies you might get at some of our sponsor's booths. But for our purposes here, what you'll want to look for is a card about half the size of a sheet of paper that looks like this (Front/Back): There should be two of them in your bag. Take this card with you when you go poking around the vendors' booths over the weekend. After you've looked around a bit, and hopefully had a conversation with the representatives...you may ask each vendor who's name appears on the card to stamp it for you. Bring a fully-stamped card back to the Camaro5.com tent (located next to Chevy's display), and you'll be entered into a drawing to win the $500.00! We'll pull a card at random on Saturday at 6pm, and congratulate the winner at the awards ceremony a bit later in the evening! |

Wow this is a GREAT idea. It gets promotion for companies some haven't heard of so they can see what they offer and also free money to a winner. Kudos to whoevers idea this was.

Great idea but do you need to be present to win? I'll be there Saturday but not late because of work on Sunday.

No, you don't need to be present. That's why we're asking for mailing address, phone number, and email on the back of the card. |

Hot rod power tour does something like this too, but with a few more twists.

Cool. Kind of a game of collecting stamps. Vendor Alley is what I was looking forward to the most and now it is even cooler.

Sweet. Chance to win some cash for something I already had planned on doing!
Btw, the lanyards you speak of, would they happen to be the same ones from the store? I'm asking because I just received mine in the mail... I didnt know there would be some lanyard swag in the bag too... :/ Sent from my Galaxy Note |
