Damn- I can't even get a post in from my phone, such a hot topic!

Hey- its all good! I know I don't figure into this category anyway, but id like to see a "travelling trophy" that's goes to the winning club and transfers month to month as the cars grow and times improve.

All drama aside- its nice to have "brother" clubs in the area to interact with.

Like Adrian and Darin said- its all in good fun!

TCC 5 VS SFC 5 VS 3CC 5
5 being the key word...
12.7 Terry ran a BADASS time in a sweet ass Camaro but its wasnt a 5th Gen like everyone else running, Im not taking away from his time just a little unfair in the Power to weight ratio plus he has swapped the motor in the car, I guess you can call that a bolt on....

Vigoa and George are possibly Neck and Neck in a race
V6 times were a few HUNDREDTHS apart and that makes a world of difference just look at our 5th gen Times lol So I think the only way to settle this is for TCC5 to race us again on the track for a WINNER take all event... We can go by timeslips (BORING) or we can actually get out there and race head to head using Vigoa and George's Track connections...
Its up to you..... We'll be here awaiting your response.....

AND REMEMBER ITS NOT ABOUT THE LAST CLUB WHO GETS THERE, ITS ABOUT THE ONE WITH THE BEST TIMES.......

NOTHING BUT LOVE FOR YOU GUYS..... RACING IS FUN......TRASH TALKING IS FUNNER.......
First let me start out by saying that as one of the founders TCC5 if there is any racing related meets going on involving the club i will be there racing in it, asside from work keeping me away.

Second let me break down the hp/weight ratio issue for you.

98-02 camaro come in at 3,440 with a engine displacment of 346ci and hp of 325. hp to weight ratio is .0944

2010-11 come in at 3,750 with a displacement of 376ci and 426hp for the ls3 and 400 for the l99. hp to weight ratio is .1136

With that being said the 5th Gens have a better hp to weight ratio than the 4th gens do if you dont think so find a hp to weight calutator and do the math.

And lastly they are all camaro's no matter if its a 1st gen or 5th gen!

1.POWER ADDERS like superchargers,nitrous,twin turbo
2.SS BOLT-ONS
3.V6 BOLT-ONS
4.N/A

Yes. You can run in your own class. I got 2 50 lb. sandbags with YOUR name on it if you feel you can still hack it with them in the back. You're cammed/tuned as well correct?

Hey its all good I really need to get it back down there on the slick this time. The other night was the first run with my new setup I went from a auto with 3.73's running 11.7 @ 116 to a 6 speed with 4.30s so I was just trying to get a feel for the new setup. I'm looking forward to the next time we all get together
