Did most of you have to change out your maf sensor after the throttle body install?

no, i think that was just a fluke,bad timing or both. some people report a CEL also. 1. don't have your keys in the ignition. 2. don't start it until its all put back together. im sure you're familiar with the old saying "measure twice cut once". simply make sure everything is back together before your "done" and you should be good to go.

An intake system a ported throttle body play very well together. You will notice an improvement in throttle response for sure.

VMAX spiral ported throttle bodies are pretty much the gold standard in this niche.
