bad idea painting calipers white??
painting my stock ss rims black tomorow so i thought id do my calipers also . but now i gotta decide what color.. i was thinking white would look good with black on black but will they be a pain in the ass to keep clean or should i just go with orange or yellow? thankss

White wld look awesome but sooooo hard to keep clean. Id def think of a different color.

Mine are white and they honestly haven't looked dirty once. My wheels get way more dirty than my calipers (actually they're covers). I don't think you'll have a problem at all if you go with white.

I just noticed you have a v6, white will stay cleaner. When I had my LT the brakes barely left any dust but my SS is nasty. I have to hand clean my pink calipers weekly just to keep them min clean.

If you were to clean them often they would look as good and clean as any other color,
also if you haven't done it yet change your break pads to hawk ceramic low dust...they will make a big difference in regards to how much brake dust is produced. |
