Carbon Fiber vs. RTM (Resin Transfer Mold)

I was looking at hoods and the two I have settled on are both made of different materials (see above). Can anybody give me the pros and cons of these two materials. The car is my DD so I want a good sturdy hood. The hoods I have decided on are the SLP hood (RTM) or the Sinister hood (carbon fiber). Thanks in advance for the help.
