Intermediate Pipes ?
If I was to remove my hi-flow cats and run a set of Kooks Intermediate Pipes would a CEL show up?

If the Camaros are like the Mustangs, running no cats without it tuned out will throw a CEL.

I got my CEL after 80 miles

previous ride - 2010 CGM 2LT RS auto w/roof, eibach lowering springs, volante cai, mrt v2 axle back
current ride - 2012 Black on Black 2SS RS w/ sunroof, muffler delete with SLP exhaust tips, rotofab cai, gm strut brace, BMR 1.4 drop springs all four corners, Stainless Power 1 7/8 long tubes, Hex Vents, Jannetty Racing Tune, Helmholtz J pipe, MMR 228 Z28 replica wheels. |

Drove the shit out of mine for 2-3wks before I got it tuned and never threw a CEL. That was with off road pipes. Some get it immediately, while some have driven for hundreds of miles before throwing it. The point is, eventually, you WILL THROW A CEL. Ted will most definitely turn off your rear O2 sensors in his tune, so there's no worries about a CEL at all. Run whatever connection pipes you want.
