Civic Si's are premium only and mine is quick but not fast. I have a CAi,high flow cats and exhuast. Never had it dynoed but its just not that fast. Its fun to drive. Might be fun to run it against a V6 but i would probably bet on the V6.

Stock SI is quick. There built that way. Fast ? Well not without a lot of help. V6 Camaro should take it.

Your killin me.
What about this car. The G-Wiz. Tune it with more batteries and bigger tires and you can beat a Shelby Mustang.

Fuel economy advantage get soaked up by the increased cost of premium gas. And I thought thought it was 18/29 ... either way, thats bad for the civic to have several hundred pounds advantage in weight with an engine half the size making 2/3 the power ... getting the same highway economy, premium or not. All hail direct injection! (and silently acknowledge crazy overdrive ratios)
