Trouble removing front fascia

Stuck removing this bolt (easiest of them all to access!!) it's like it's stripped but I can get a grip on it with my socket at 10mm but can't get it to budge.

Tried hearing it up, wD-40 and not sure what else to do.

Got everything else off!

Any help??

Realized there is a 10mm bolt right behind this one that is visible which is the correct one to remove.
