From Chevrolet site, $28,600 MSRP for 2013 2LT with no RS package, which the OP has. Of course the invoice will be lower but just want to put things in better perspective.

That's also a baseline 2LT. If you were to add RS, A6, moon roof, stripe, IOM interior/exterior, sub, or any other nice extremeties you could get into 32-34k.

My 2011 stickered for 32.7 I believe.

I overheard this weekend for every 10k miles you knock off 1k dollars. I think if OP priced this car around 23k, he'd have it sold by the end of the week.
