Well, I was just going to post "Talked to my Chevy Dealer and he said Plate was a registered dealer plate" which would suggest a mule. However after reading toeheads post, I would lean towards the Conv Conversion Shop.

the aftermarket convertibles look good with the top down, but when the top is up
