I had planned on going but the Camaro is still in the shop awaiting the cam/head swap.
I would have loved to line them up. I will probably go and watch some races for a little bit. Take it easy on the first runs then drop the hammer and get kicked out. That is what I did last time. I ran all motor(12.1) for a couple of runs then squeezed a 50 shot(11.8 letting off the gas) and got warned because I was close to he 11.5 limit without cage.

ran 11.718
Had a really hard time getting traction, my tires were inflated to 32 PSI, will need to try again in a couple of weeks with tires at 20psi. I let off the gas after I hit 100mph Raced against a GTR with modded ECU I am on the right 0808 time slip (attached). |

Someone tried to record the run for me, but the battery died on the camera, so I only got the burnout... never heard how sick my car sounds from outside.

During inspection, if you tell them you are running faster than 11.5, they will say you need a roll cage. I told them I was going to run a 12.5 knowing well with a good run I would be in the 10s

LOL. I told the tech 12.5s. She looked at me and said "really". I told her I'm still learning how to drive stick shift! It pays to play dumb sometimes. Last time at Fontana I consistently ran around 11.7-11.8 and no one said anything.

Looking at your slip you might have a 10 in her but your mph is low given that you let off. My runs from last year would have been a good match to you and Inferno's 11.7-11.8's. I did the same thing on the 11.8 run and got 111mph but on the 11.7 run it was 120mph. Here are the slips. BTW, I lost to a supercharged 2010 Camaro, lol.

AET08 --- Your sixty foot isn't in the 10 second range 1.99 almost 2.0.... yeesh...... I would check that......... 60' times are a much better predictor of a fast - vs - slow ET. If you run 1.9's all day.... Good luck with that 10 second run... pfff
32lbs is not a good pressure to run your DR's, if you have DR's... I dont know, but I would start at 25 or lower. If your making 900+HP... I would have some serious tires to back up all that power. What is the point of making all that power if it has nowhere to go?

I think the lowest I've gone on my DRs is 18PSI. It dropped my 60's but also dropped my trap speed.

The lowest I've ran my Hoosier DR's 16psi.
Yike's for 950rwhp you should be in the 10's who did your work? The last time I ran was at the L.A Invasion 2011 11.4@121 cammed and 100 shot of NOS.
