Thermostat?
Does the LS3 have the typical 192* thermostat installed from the factory?
I've seen temps as low as 187* on the dash display while driving so it made me wonder. Prolly change the 'stat to the SLP 160* unit anyhow...

I would not recommend you change it. Sounds like your temps are perfect. If it's not broke dont' fix it. 160 is too cold IMO.
