New Camaro owner from NJ
So I had just realized yesterday when I was making a post in the lighting section that I have been stalking this page for months and I never came and introduced myself. A little background: I have been around Camaro's all my life mostly due to one of my best friends father has had multiple third gens. I started off with Honda's and doing engine and suspension work to make them drag strip ready.
Fast forward to the end of last year. The whole Honda thing wasn't cutting it for me, and I wanted a different platform to start with, and I just had to go with the Camaro all the way. I have not regretted my decision one bit, and can't wait to share this build as it goes along. I am going to try to do some how to's along the way as well for people as my contribution to this great community. Here's my 2014 2SS/1LE 'DarkneSS' |

CONGRATS on your ride and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wives', husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.
 oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here. Welcome!!

Thank you for the warm welcome everyone! And Sir Nuke, that sounds great to me. I am not worried about getting my clothes dirty, its really hard to get me to go out in a nice outfit. I'm either working on wheels and tires at my job, fixing my new beater to run so I can start working on my Camaro, or under the hood fixing one of my friends cars.
Great to be here, and looking forward to hopefully meeting my fellow Camaro owners that are on here someday. |
