Question about Borla S type:

I have the Borla S type on my 2010 camaro ss M6, it is the axle back system and i'm looking for a little more sound. How much of a difference will it make if I order and install the parts to make it a full cat back exhaust?
Thanks in advance

Not much, I did the same as you. Started with the AB and the added the Borla X Pipe. It will however smooth the flow, and reduce the drone. Only way to make it noticebly louder is High flow cats, or headers.

Thanks, I was thinking that. I guess I will be better off saving for a set of long tubes and the x pipe, and have a tune done.

I have the S type...I feel they are loud enough for everyday use. I would look towards getting some cut outs if you need that extra boost every now and then...Just my .02!

No, I don't know him. I grew up one county over in Prestonsburg and don't know to many in Johnson county. My wife grew up here and went to school in Paintsville, I will see if she knows him.

As previously mentioned...Longtubes will give you the extra sound you are looking for.

Depending on how old she is she might know one of his kids. Brad or Katie Turner.

With Long Tubes the sound difference is night and day when you accelerate hard .
