Highly recommend Battery Tender Junior. Buy off Amazon.com free shipping. They offer a 3 pack - but don't buy it. The 3 Pack, although cheaper on an each basis, does not offer the free shipping and ends up costing more than buying them "each" basis.
But I use the BT Juniors.. Excellent results. |

I picked up a some battery tenders from Harbor Freight if I recall $10 EA so far after 8 years of use on the 2000 Camaro, 2001 Z/28, and the 69 Z/28 thye are still working great.

I know this is kind of off topic but do you recommend pulling the battery completely or just using the battery tender?

Battery Tender Junior is great. Nice and small, basically just a wall wart and alligator clips to the battery. I connect mine right to the battery, run the wires to the ground and up under the front fender to a wall outlet near the car, and forget about it. You can fully close the hood this way, and don't need to disconnect anything. Just remember it's hooked up before you go to start or move the car in the spring!

I have the battery tender ring terminal harness permanently attached to the POS and NEG so I can just plug in my battery tender plus whenever the car is going to sit for a while.
