Ever catch people taking pictures of your car?

As the thread title asks. Do you ever catch people taking pics of your car? I've had two people this week so far take pics. The first one was a girl behind me and I even saw the flash as she took the picture while I looked from my rear view.

Another was when I had to drop my folks off at the nissan dealership to have their Altima serviced. A dealer came out as my parents got out of my car to try and sell them something but realized they were going to the service area and he looked at my car, got his cell phone, pointed it at my car and took a picture.

It's just awesome to know that even a stock camaro can get pictures taken of it and it's just something that rolled off the factory.

I had a trailblazer and people took pictures of it constantly - because I had about a dozen decals on the back window: Investigate 9/11, End the Fed, End the IRS, The Obama Deception, Invisible Empire: A New World Order Defined

Not sure if they thought I was crazy and thats why they were taking pictures, but I'd see 2-3 people a day take pictures in my rear view.

I still have it happen, since I have a customized plate and blacked the camaro out. The 'oh hey cool!' factor wears off eventually..

I used to work at a cell phone store and would constantly see people taking pictures of my car parked outside our store. And sometimes even have them come in to do an upgrade and my car was the background picture on there phones. So that was pretty cool.

sent from my galaxy s3. that would explain the errors.

Yeah. I see people take pics from behind me all the time. I pulled into a car wash and the attendant took a pic. I took it to get detailed, and people that worked there were taking pics a few customers did too. I saw a little kid take a pic with his phone while i was at a restaurant. Few others, but yeah all the time. My wife says it makes her uneasy to know theres all these pics of her floating around.

There have been a couple of times. Once at the car wash while I was getting it detailed, and at a WaWa when I parked next to a 68 Camaro people were shooting away at the old, and new.

Yeap ...........Happens all the time. While in traffic and as others have mentioned , as they are pulling up behind me...........looking back into the rearview, they're pointing and taking flash pic's, thumbs up, and waving. Often other admirers ask while I'm pumping fuel and this leads up to them telling me how awesome the car looks and stories about Camaro's they've owned previously.

The most curious and obvious are the peeps out on open hwy's that pull up beside me snapping pic's and then get in front on me, I get a kick out of seeing the passengers turning backwards taking frontal shots of the nose stripes..........Oh! and if they're patient I'm often oblidged to give them a second chance at recording the Aft stripes and tag.....PLZ'sMe2!

Back in the spring of 2009, I would come out of a store and there would be groups of people standing around my car taking pictures, etc. This happened everywhere I went. I was actually scary.

Anyone that had a 5th gen back in Spring/Summer 2009 went through this. It truely was crazy.

we have the Synergy green and I think the younger girls/ladies are attracted to it. We catch people doing photo ops alot.Restaurants, grocery stores etc... Plus my wife works at one of the local high schools and she is always catching someone getting there pic taken. Best/worst one my father-in-law had to be admitted to the hospital and we just pulled up to the doors got him in (he rode with his wife) we cameout to move the car and 2 nurses were taking pics of each other! Our car has to be on cell phones and facebook pages all over!

I parked my car infront of my GFs house once. The couple that lives next door came out of their house and she started posing in front of the car while her husband took pictures. She never touched the car but it was pretty funny to see that.

Yes, three years ago on my way to Florida I passed a 4th gen Camaro. After I got past him he came behind me and took a picture with his cell phone.
