That was my thought at first, if I was going FI, I wanted forged internals, so if I do it, just have to decide on the CR in case I do.

That is if we are still talking engines.

No you would not need bigger injectors.

You better off getting blown .

Ted.
Appreciate the input! Like I said, just trying to budget this.
I'm already in the 450 rwhp range, so another 40 in^3 could get me in the low lower end of stock+TVS performance.
I want to be able to budget for clutch and axles, maybe some wheels/tires for the track.

Your only going to gain about 1 hp per cubic inch.

With your current combo if you add FI you could easily gain 300 rwhp and still drive it every day, but you would need bigger injectors

what kind of torque, because I thought the idea behind a stroker was not horsepower but torque. I wouldn't mind a blown stroker

Horse Power is a Mathematical equation derived from Torque.

You can't have one without the other.

Ted.

Torque X RPM / 5252 = HP.

ok next question Ted, you said expensive, I would like a FI safe compression ratio in a forged stroker package, How much ball park (without the supercharger)? I think I know how you feel about the gains and price so I would go with your professional opinion but I am still curious.
