Aftermarket Tires for ZL1 (Canada)

I'm looking for a set of aftermarket tires for the ZL1 that can be stored at temperatures less than -7C and can be driven in temperatures less than 10C. I'm sure the F1s can be used in temperatures less than 10 degrees but at what cost? How much performance do you loose? If I'm driving at regular posted speeds (+20Km/hr), are the tires any less safe than the tires on my van (standard set of tires) at temperatures less than 10C? So if the answer is yes, they are less safe, then I need to get something different put on.

Any thoughts and/or recommendations?

I was just thinking of looking into that last night myself, but with this latest constraint on the inserts i think i will wait..........probably get at set of ss rims, or possibly order a set of black zl1's..........a great alternate cold season tire was posted a while back............I''ll see if i can dig it up

Nittos 555R and R2's are good to -9C and their NT05 DOT drag tire doesn't specify a lower temp limit but is listed as a light load tire. Looking at their charts though it doesn't appear to be an issue unless you were carrying a 1000lbs of people and cargo and that's running at a fairly low cold psi of 26lbs. It's load rating obviously increases with more pressure.

I bought a set of SS wheels 3 days after I got my Z. I will put all season tires on them and run them from November to March.
