I weighed mine at the local waste station.....3290
And it has subframe connectors. So if you took off 300, you could have been around 3000 +/-50..... My Z06 weighs 3100....and thats a light car. My 5gen which is just a big chubby is getting sold, cuz its just too dang heavy. |

I've read various weights....from 3305 to 3550.....but I just weigh mine.
Like my escalade ...... 5600lbs......big chubby! I was not in the car when I weighed it and fuel was on very empty...with no spare. The other thing I really like about these cars (4s) compared to the 5s is when you are driving, because of the downswept design of the hood....all you see is road.....whereas on the 5 you first thing seen is the giant platform hood.....and its hard to approach objects without knowing how close you really are. Thats a big driving distinction. I'm gonna put some coilovers on this thing and see how much stick I can get. Greg |
