Time for shipping from whipple.

Hi guys,a couple of days ago I ordered a smaller pulley for my whipple set up. I asked, and paid for a overnight shipment.
They didn't ship anything.

I mean the sense of paying the faster shipping is worthless if they take 20 days to ship.

I sent them a mail,but they didn't replied yet.

I'm in new York right now and I wanted to take advantage of it but I'm leaving on Saturday so...

They make a great product but the customer support is awful

This goes in the vendor feedback area.
A couple days ago was the weekend. And yesterday was a holiday. Nothing would have shipped until today at the earliest anyway.
