Treasure Coast Camaro 5 CHRISTMAS PARTY

THANK YOU TCC5 for an OUTSTANDING TURN OUT!!!!!!!

We had 42 members show up, and a PHENOMINAL time!!!!!!

Thank you all who were able to make it! Below are just some of the pix from this great event!

It's heart warming to see that not only can the club come together around the cars, but as a true, collective family as well!

Dinner was excellent- which included a TCC5 "year-in-review" slide show, there was a "gag" gift exchange, a presentation by Willie and Corina (thank you everyone!) presentation of "personalized TCC5" keychains, gift certificate drawings; and an open bar courtesy of the generousity of the entire TCC5 family- which of course led to the rest of the night spent dancing, etc....

Never been part of a car club before, but I can't imagine it getting nay better than this!

Thank you everyone again!

OFFICIAL DETAILS:

Saturday, December 10th 7-10 (+????) pm

Kids menu to be paid at dinner

Live entertainment (music) beginning at 8:30pm, we will have our own room, free valet parking (for those who wish)

We will be selling tickets to the event beginning Tues, Oct 17- $35 per person (over 10 yrs) attending. Must be purchased/paid by Sunday Dec 4th. Tickets will not be avaliable after Sunday Dec 4th, and there is no entry without a ticket. Likewise, there are no refunds after Sunday Dec 4th. Children 10 yrs and under, as well as the full bar will be a pay-as-you-go during the night.

The event will be a semi-formal evening. There's no such thing as "over dressed".

In lieu of a secret santa gift exchange, TCC5 will be donating and participating with local cheritible organizations. More info to come.

Saturday, December 10th seems to be the best date to accommodate the most people....

We have a couple locations were looking into, but can't really lock down a price until we have some solid numbers to tell them.

We're hoping for roughly $35/person and maybe a "couple" discount... obviously the more ppl attending, the lower the price will be.

Expect a semi-formal event, nothing too drastic, but not a jeans n t shirt affair either.
I know some people have already responded, but for those who haven't yet, please do so asap, we need to settle on and make a reservation asap.

Attendee's/Gag- gifts:
Kev - color-matching duck tape & Chatter-Dog

Christmas Party

Kev-

I gave your wifey a website to the place that we had our company party/dinner at last year. It was very nice!

Yeah, we looked into it- its a nice hall, but I dunno if its cost effective to rent the hall and catering for our group.

By the way, I'm fairly certain that I speak for everyone, anyone from Extreme is welcome to attend our Christmas party. Spread the word at the shop.

Absolutely - they are just as much a part of this club as everyone else... thought it was a given that they would be attending
