Throttle Body Spacer on LLT

Recently saw the Jet performance has come out with a TB Spacer and after some searching it seems like Airaid already has one on the market. Anyone with experience with any of these installed? I had one on my toyota truck and it did improve mid range power and MPG.

Peoples said that airaid was just a waste of money. The jet's spacer has a spiral groove similar to vmax tb and we all know how well the design worked. I guess someone will have to get one and try. I think it only cost about 95 from jet.

Do you have the jet tb spacer?

Jet tb definitely worked on a mustang gt with a gain about 11lb of foot torque. The spiral grooves has me somewhat optimistic.

The jet is only available on their web site right now. Not sure if they are actually shipping.

The Airaid spacer is grooved also, and produced zero gains on a L99.

I seen there was a link to that somewhere... I need to read up... because I have certainly never heard of any TB spacer producing any kind of positive result...

I know on the Nissan forums I was reading about the Airaid TB and the same results were that it was a waste of money and zero gains.

WOW... that was a long time ago... on a 2005 Mustang GT... so the 4.6 V8... they talked about a .8 RWHP gain... REALLY??? LOL! I got the feeling the guys testing was a bit flawed.... Everyone else that has ever tested a spacer that I know has never seen any gains what so ever... Personally I would say no gains...

The guy actually even said 11lb of tq off peak. I was very surprised when I seen the thread as you are. Hey, who knows.. Maybe this jet spacer might be different lol.
