So he took off the stock resonators right?

Is it the magnaflow resonated xpipe? or just resonators? I dont know if theres a differece...

Can you post couple of pics from underneath?

I ask so many questions because I am really interested.

Steve then suggested resonators. Steve put two 18" Magnaflow resonators on and the drone is a little louder then stock. sound did change too, but for the better. its not as raspy as before and has a deeper tone.
Good deal and I'm glad it worked out for you.

Main reason I suggested J pipes is because they wouldn't really alter the tone (because you seemed pretty happy with the tone as it was) and they would have been easier to install on the LM1 than on some other setups.

But yes resonators help the drone too and do change the tone. How you described the result is pretty much exactly what everyone says....lower tone and less rasp.

Nikos...

I'm pretty sure the LM1 has no resonators. They likely just added in a couple.

So the drone less than before but a little louder than stock?

Has anyone ever put Aero AR25s where the stock resonators are then a muffler delete? Wouldnt that just be like a MRT 1.0 in a different location?

Ok sorry for the late response. I've been busy at work all day. Steve at West Coast Exhaust took off the stock resonator and basically replaced it with the two 18" Magnaflow resonators. I kept my SLP LM1 exhaust ( or over priced muffler delete is what I call it lol) I'll take some pix tommorw and post them. I'm still at and on my phone lol
