Wife’s car, totally stock. Plus another message in message center says open and close window...doesn’t go away after doing so.

you will have to cycle both windows, when you do hold the button at the bottom for 3 seconds then the top for 3 seconds. Totally stock you likely have a vacuum leak or a bad sensor. Ted.
