1LE strut mounts

Hi 1LE owners. Can anyone check to see if the 1LE strut mounts are any different from the other SS strut mounts. Or can you PM me the last 8 # of your vin to check with the dealership for myself.

Well aren't too confident in coilovers unless having a custom set made so I bought some 1LE struts F and rear shock hats today and be advised from 06/2012 the strut mounts had a revision and the 1LE at the autoshow a few weeks ago had a stiff is heck setup that made my coilovers look like a waste. It's amazing when stock is good enough. The parts # for the shocks and struts are actually different from what we see here be advised. Will update later.

They're different I posted the pics in the suspension thread in here. More surface area and a thicker steel sleeve, don't remember exactly how much without finding the thread. It was 4-6mm thicker I think.

Oh the fronts I don't know. I was probably going with camber plates eventually anyways. Even with -1.2 camber its the outside of my tires that are wearing very fast due to track days. I'd prefer to not run -2 or more when just driving around but I need to even out my tire wear and improve contact patch.

When you get camper plates have the installer mark a position on both left and right plate for street and track. so you can move them carefully for each purpose.
