Those air ducts are killer! Could you make an electronic diverter on the drivers side one to go from brake duct to CAI scoop?

Dam now thats over the top. Funny you say that because I'm having my Aluminum Fabricator make a scoop at the bottom of my driver wheel liner to do just that. Will be a small fin just enough to scoop cold air into the air box. Already removed the WW fuild reservoir to help air flow.

I'm also struggling with the best way to do brake ducts and keep my CAI scoop. May just have to give up my fog lights unless I can come up with an alternative. I considered running a duct in the scoop...would lose some of the air to the CAI, but still better than no scoop.

The way they have the Wheel liner on the '14-'15 the bottom of it is pretty sealed tight. So the only air getting ram into the box comes from around the headlight and some in the grill. Pretty limited the way GM has it. I'm having a scoop made that will be at the bottom of the Liner that will scoop air almost at ground level and force it up in behind the liner which acts as the Air Box,

I'm interested to see how this turns out!

He's from SoCal. I'm guessing a USC fan. Those are trojan colors.

You could get a set of these. What year do you have??? I already have Templates for 13 6 banger. And 14-15 SS models. Getting ready to fab more of them for whomever wants a set. Let me know

If it doesn't have a Engine in it, it's not worth watching. Except Hockey.

Are you connecting the air ducts to a point closer to the rotors (like the quantum ducts), or just increasing general air flow to the wheel well?

That was the original intent. Made a secondary Template to try and route past the tight point where the wheel pinches the Quantum Hose by the Control Arm. Failed. The space is so tight it would have restricted air flow to much or hit the wheel on a hard turn. Still trying to think it through some more.

Going out to Fontana in a couple weeks and a few guys going have the Quantum Coolers on so i want to look at how they routed the hose.

I have the Quantum Kit but haven't added the Hose yet. Just have the Rotor Shields on. Was also think about making a different Rotor Shield that had a scoop on it to grab the air from the Duct i have on already. This will probably be the way i go. Similar to the ZL1 set up from GM.

Check Dropspeed's build journal. He fabbed his own brake ducts using hose.
