My money is on the Hampton Inn / Holiday Inn that are side by side up @ I74 & N Green St (in Brownsburg) or the Fairfield Inn (in Avon) just south of Lucas Oil Race Way. Parking and large # of rooms were what I looked for. Both areas are within 4-5 miles (10-11 mins) from Race Way. Both areas are also close to a Walmart and plenty of food.

Either or I've already reserved a room @ FairField Inn / Hampton Inn / Holiday Inn lol.... I'll end up canceling which ever isn't correct or is farthest from what the Host Hotel will be.

I'm not entirely sure what the rush to book a room is. I like to think we did a pretty good job getting accommodations for everyone last time, and with another year's experience we hope we can do an even better job for you folks this year.

So please, sit tight. We're probably going to be making an announcement ... soon

If one is not trying to be with everyone at the host hotel but wants a nice area to chill, have some light shopping and food places around, 86th and I465 is a great place. Right off the Interstate that will take you to the track within 5 min's. Car wash close by and like I said, plenty of restaurants and areas to hang out. I think there is a Suburban Inn and another hotel right there, gas stations etc. I know its fun to be at the host hotel and I've been in situations like this as well, but its also cool to be able to come and go as you please as well.
