If someone couldn't buy the car...I certainly wouldn't let them test drive it. I'm pretty sure that ZL1 was much higher than his paygrade...

And the fact he's allowed to keep working there? Just shows a complete lack of discipline and leadership by that dealership

That doesn't surprise me at all based on the salesman's replies to some of the questions asked. Still MSRP and still marked up. Well, at least someone there said the vehicle wasn't for sale now.

The dealers will always argue on their behalf that it shouldn't matter because the damage has been fixed to factory standards by their "experts" and you will still get the full warranty.

I doubt Carfax would catch it either, if insurance is involved it would most likely be business insurance, not auto and the title isn't issued until some poor soul buys it.

this happened to a brand new cruze last year and they did the exact same
