If your talking about a turbo sounds, I can only assume the BOV sound, I've never really considered it to sound like a "whistle"
I'm with everyone else, leave this one be.

Maybe get a cd of turbo sounds and turn up the volume with window rolled down . That's what I do own my John dear tractor lol jk - warning this was ment for a joke do not do this

I personally love the blowoff valve sound, just save up for a vortech supercharger

They used to sell these things that you attached to your tail pipe... The exhaust would actually make it whistle (probably a little spinny thing or something) and sound similar to a turbo spooling up...
