Window Tint in WI

Just curious out of the Wisconsin owners, what level of tint are y'all using and if darker than state regs, have you had any problems with the law. I'm looking at just doing 50% all the way around to keep uniform, but have heard that it barely changes anything and wonder if i should go darker.

I went 30 all the way around except the windshield i left that at normal or 50 im not sure. TNT window tinting in madison is amazing. They will do clear bras and will put clear on anything else you want done on the car. http://www.tntwindowtint.com/

Ran it all summer with no issues from the police. Had one officer mention something about it while just checking out the car but said he didnt care about it. He said unless you get nailed for something else most officers wouldn't bother it.

Hmm...checked out and request a quote, they aren't bad priced at all considering they have a lifetime warranty on their tinting. Which tint did you go with LLumar or 3M? Being that I use GPS and all that, the 3M is probably a better choice as there is no metal used in the film. Do you by chance have some photos of your car with the tint? Just trying to get an idea for darkness as you have the same color car as me. Thanks.

I went to eclipse tint. I have 35% and it's the lumar stuff. They are not very friendly, but do a good job.

I went to Eclipse in Madison last summer...not sure if they are still around or not, I know they moved to a new building or something. TNT would be a second choice but I had all my previous cars done at Eclipse and it was flawless. I did 20% all around and 50% on the windshield, have had the same setup on my past 2 cars as well... nothing ever said when stopped by the cops (and that has a been a few times between all my cars haha)

Here is a pic, the windshield looks completely black in the pic but it's not that dark, just the time of day and I'm underneath a tree haha.
