Danny Popp was kind enough to let me ride shotgun with him in the L28 on Friday afternoon's heat 2. I got to ride 6 times with him. All I can say is wow. He knows how to drive. Best 6 car rides of my life!!
As Danny says he's always moving forward...but never going straight!! That's a fact. Literally floating around the track was the most fun I've had in a car!
Danny was super nice and talked with me between runs while we were in the car too. He's a great guy and an awesome driver!

Thanks Pete! Need to do the things we talked about at Texas Camaro Revolution. Also have to do something about my broken left leg.
Yes, it was a clean run.

Dan:
My stepson & I attended and watched you as well - amazing, simply amazing. Not only the car but your handling of it was just unbelievable! Perhaps it's already somewhere else, but what are the specs on that car - it was the most impressive pf all the cars for the both of us.

Are you asking about Danny Popp and the Lingenfelter / Pedders L/28?
