I am getting samples of the interior dash kit from carid.com. Its adhesive covers that go over your existing parts. if it doesnt look cheap and it fits well, i'm gonna order a set.

I'd like to see more pictures of this dash kit, i've been waiting on the trim forever, this looks like it may be a good alternative

I have the silver console trim piece that encompasses the gear shift and has the little storage tray under the dash. Mine was removed with the car had but only 300 miles on it and it's "Like New" condition. Not sure if this is the piece you're looking for but mine is hanging up in the garage and I'm sure I won't ever need it again.

 if so let me know it's on perfect condition out of my A6 with 500 miles at the time I took it out for the 4 pack gauges
