GM is updating the dealerships. The individual dealerships have to upgrade to the new look that GM is making mandatory or the dealership loses their license for GM. I've done two of them in KS so far.... Everything from certain tile, carpet, paint colors to receptionists desk are approved by GM and they tell you which ones to get! No option. It's pretty crazy how much some of these dealerships are having to pay to update them!
