How much HP does it come with?
I was wondering where the haters were for the holidays, you must have used your vacation time earlier in the year. To answer your question the dyno showed 22hp gain. So my V6 will spank yours now.

Cool, let me know what you find out. I don't drive my car often but I think its probably an investment I will look into.

I think its ugly, to me it looks like it belongs a Z or an eclipse. It doesnt fit with a camaro at all.

To me it flows the best with the body lines of any I've seen But to each their own, the beauty of customizing our babies to our own tastes.

This is the best looking spoiler I've seen yet for the C5 Camaro, I'd be interested . . . perhaps make it a little lower to flow better with the lines of the car?

How much would it cost us LA guys to have it installed and the holes filled at your shop? I am interested for sure but I would want it professionally installed and if the price is right I will do it, carbon fiber for me for sure.

I still want one....I'd pull the trigger and buy one tommorrow for $350. if you said it was available for an LS with no holes or factory spoiler.
Thanks

i love it. I think its the best looking after market spoiler out there. Nothing i can really think of to change besides being able to use the factory holes. the supports dont really line up well with the lines of the car anyway, it looks like the supports tilt outwards which looks a little funny or could be improved upon. the mouting holes was the ONLY reason i gave up on it from the original thread. I didnt want to pay more to fix the holes and if i decided to ever change it again or put my original spoiler back on i'd have to re-drill the factory holes and screw up my trunk even more.

Not sure this spoiler is for me, especially given the weight, but I bet there are a fair amount of LS owners out there who would trade you straight up their trunk lid for yours with the factory spoiler. Obviously, that's an irritating matching game that would take some searching and time, but it is an option for those who are serious about this and would like to save a couple hundred dollars on the body work.

Wouldn't hurt to at least put up a feeler in the member classifieds.

Otherwise looks like gmpartsdirect wants almost $300 for just the lid plus paint, so that's not really a feasible option either, as filling the holes would be much cheaper.

Either way, installing this spoiler in the current design is going to be either annoying and time consuming, or very expensive. I think it will be a very limited market when you factor in all of the costs, like Darth Martel has been saying. Hell, the spoiler I want is $385 painted and shipped and I feel like that's an arm and a leg.
