Just about there! Probably won't try to start it up tonight tho, it's already 11 and I still need to put the headers on which is a pain in the ass, some coolant, and the spark plugs she "should" start up after work tomorrow, keep your fingers crossed.

Well, don't know guys. I did start it up, oil pressure was good. First start up there was some white smoke coming off the headers, so I turned it off and checked around. I then started it up a second time and let it run for awhile. The smoke stopped (which I am assuming it was fingerprints, oils, dirt, etc...) I am sure that the AFR is just so screwed up thats why it sounds like it does, or then again, I could be wrong. So I am posting up a video here in the next few minutes and let you guys be the judge. I may just be over paranoid here. Here is what I did and you will see it in the video.

First start up checked the oil pressure and it was good,
Noticed white smoke coming off the headers
No leaks that I could see.

Second start up let it run for a few minutes to try and work things out, sounded to me like the AFR was out of whack. (maybe I needed the actual air filter on it)??

Third start up it cranked over but died in the first 5 seconds

Fourth start up it cranked over but died in the first 5 seconds.

Then I let it be, pulled the spark plugs (not massive amounts of fuel on them)

Took the bore scope to the cylinders again. Nothing of interest that I could see?

So again, this car has never been tuned and I have the CAI, LT's, P&P heads, and the new cam. Have I messed something up again or could it be the AFR?

Its hard to diagnose anything from a video but it doesn't sound like anything is really wrong. With the changes you have made you definitely need to have the car tuned for it to run properly. I would also read up on proper cam and spring break in procedures before running it more. There is a right way.

Heat cycle those springs.

Let it run til operating temps. Then let it completely cool off. Then repeat these steps for a few more times.

Don't be too concerned. You need tuning and probably idle speed raised some. You can heat cycle the springs. I would hold the throttle at 2000rpm until operating temp, let it cool down, then repeat. Just get it tuned before any hard running.
