Is that a metallic....looks like I can see some flecks of metallic in there.....looks real nice...I agree about the rims though

Agree that the paint is wicked, and rims are ugly.

I would have gone with a white wheel to match the stripes

Willing to bet this is a shifting color paint. On certain angles it pops like it is showing.
